This participant does interactive vaulting on a Norwegian Fjord. This move is called the “prince.”

“The appeal of an interactive vaulting class is that the vaulter can progress at his or her own speed while still being part of a group working together. The class is planned to encourage teamwork, to discover and practice new skills, and to have fun,” explains Gina, an occupational therapist.
